ADVANCE

The advance class is for young gymnasts who have shown their ability and potential for further development. It is by invited trial only if you have not come through our recreational programme. Because the advance class is intended to be a pathway to our squad programme we do not take gymnasts who are more than 11 years old.

It can be seen as moving on from the beginners stage, where the gymnasts will have the opportunity to build on their basic skills and push themselves to exciting new opportunities. Gymnasts are guided through new rhythmic gymnastics body techniques that incorporate the use of rhythmic gymnastic apparatus.

Our Advance Class work towards Next Steps competitions that are held once or twice a year.
